This beautiful home was previously listed by another brokerage. It was very nicely decorated by the owners, but it was not getting the offers the Sellers wanted. After they took it off the market and did a few updates, I took over the listing. As a seasoned Real Estate Broker and Professional Home Stager, I recommended some decor changes to a more casual, modern look –one that would appeal to a broader potential Buyer pool. The owners moved out and we removed some of the more formal elements such as the fabric draperies. I then brought in my staging inventory and got to work creating a whole new look.
