Many CONGRATS to my Seller on a super quick, cash and “AS- IS” sale! Occaisionally, as in this case, it’s best not to do any improvements and just price a fixer property to sell “As-Is”. While a property that won’t qualify for traditional financing (due to condition issues) limits the Buyer pool substantially, we still got lots of interest in this price range (under $400k) in a great Lake Stevens location. My Seller was very happy not to have to do anything to the property (it needed a lot of work) and now he’s got the quick cash for his next Real Estate venture! Yay!!
