Definitely a top notch agent!

Originally we spoke with Tracy because she was the only local real estate agent that we could find who does Home Staging. Having sold several houses we have found that staging a home helps it sell considerably faster so this was an important part before we listed our home. Upon meeting Tracy we were impressed by her and her no pressure demeanor. Although we were selling in a good market and had a high bank waterfront home, the location on the south end of Camano Island was a bit of a challenge.
