QUICK SALE on this “Fix or Flip” listing in Lake Stevens!

Many CONGRATS to my Seller on a super quick, cash and “AS- IS” sale! Occaisionally, as in this case, it’s best not to do any improvements and just price a fixer property to sell “As-Is”.
