Many CONGRATS to my Seller on a super quick, cash and “AS- IS” sale! Occaisionally, as in this case, it’s best not to do any improvements and just price a fixer property to sell “As-Is”. While a property that won’t qualify for traditional financing (due to condition issues) limits the Buyer pool substantially, we still got lots of interest in this price range (under $400k) in a great Lake Stevens location. My Seller was very happy not to have to do anything to the property (it needed a lot of work) and now he’s got the quick cash for his next Real Estate venture! Yay!!
The home my wonderful Buyer purchased through me on the same day she closed on her listing with me! We managed to successfully get a CONTINGENT offer accepted in a very competitive market (particularly for ramblers in Lake Stevens)!
